On Saturday, December 2, former Rio Americano High School standout, Sam Shields’ current college team, the Simpson Red Hawks, lost 87-91 in their NAIA game against the La Sierra Golden Eagles.

The game took place in Redding, California. This was the first matchup against the La Sierra Golden Eagles this season.
