The Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Advisory Board (MHADAB) provides oversight and monitoring of local mental health and substance use disorder programs. It advocates for affected community members and advises the Board of Supervisors and HHSA leadership.

The MHADAB in-person meeting location is posted and updated on a monthly basis, with locations subject to change. All MHADAB members will attend in person. Members of the public are invited to participate either in person or remotely via GoToMeeting.

A special MHADAB meeting is scheduled for June 17, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Mae Helene Bacon Boggs Building, located at 2420 Breslauer Way, Redding, CA 96001. Virtual participation is available through GoToMeeting or by dialing +1 (408) 650-3123 with access code 510-166-341.

This meeting will be audio recorded. Public comments will be allowed in person or via email three days in advance. Questions can be emailed to MHADAB@shastacounty.gov.
