The Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Advisory Board (MHADAB) is responsible for overseeing and monitoring local mental health and substance use disorder programs. It advocates for affected community members and advises the Board of Supervisors and HHSA leadership.

The MHADAB holds in-person meetings at locations that are posted and updated monthly. These locations may change occasionally. All MHADAB members attend these meetings in person, but members of the public can participate either in person or remotely via GoToMeeting.

The next MHADAB Executive Meeting is scheduled for October 15, 2024, at 11:00 am. The meeting will take place at 2640 Breslauer Way, Redding, CA 96001.

This meeting will be audio recorded. Public comments are allowed either in person or via email three days in advance. Questions can be emailed to MHADAB@shastacounty.gov.
