The Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Advisory Board (MHADAB) provides oversight and monitoring of local mental health and substance use disorder programs, advocates for affected community members, and advises the Board of Supervisors and HHSA leadership.

The MHADAB in-person meeting location is posted and updated on a monthly basis; meeting locations may change from time to time. All MHADAB members will be attending in person. Members of the public are invited to participate in-person or remotely via GoTo Meeting.

A special MHADAB meeting is scheduled for August 19, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Mae Helene Bacon Boggs Building located at 2420 Breslauer Way, Redding, CA 96001. This meeting will be audio recorded. Public comments will be allowed in person or via email three days in advance. Questions can be emailed to MHADAB@shastacounty.gov.
