Regarding AB 205, which allows new fixed charges for customers based on income, Senator Dahle expressed his opposition, stating, "I’ve been very vocal about bad policies from the left pushing electricity rates to unsustainable prices." He and his Republican colleagues introduced Senate Bill 1326 to repeal AB 205 and provide financial relief for consumers.

In tackling the issue of homelessness, Senator Dahle proudly coauthored Senate Bill 1011, aiming to compassionately clear homeless encampments around sensitive areas. He also expressed concern about the practice of dumping sexually violent predators into communities without proper supervision, stating, "I recently took up an amendment on the Senate Floor to stop this harmful practice."
